Will a stock fuel pump deliver to a pair of dual weber 34 ict carbs?

it should be fine
they can put out quite a bit actually i know that a car bruce was working on went 12.99 on a stock pump

12.997 to be exact.  It would have gone faster with close ratio gears.

The stock pump will provide much more volume than you need.

No tach in that car.  I have spun an engine with a stock pump up to 7800rpm.  I don't know at what RPM you will float the pump's spring.  IMO it doesn't matter that much since you don't spend a lot of time at super high rpms, and there's no damage to anything when you float the pump.

it could have been a 12.996 if it werent for the helmet issues.  ;)
