Cars And There True Worth...
« on: September 16, 2005, 09:36:54 PM »
Okay guys,
Its gone on long enough. Been the first two threads ever deleted off the Airspeed forum(I'm sure Geoff can confirm). Cars are worth whatever you pay for them or care to sell them for. One mans junker could be your treasure. Your opinion. My bmw might be frowned upon or whatever and I can think its the most solid car in the world. Who really cares as long as your happy.....
Make the bad man stop.

and I'll go on and be happy and have 175 streetable hp that will still get 20MPG and not need constant tuning.....

Love ya'll

lets not get sidetracked
lets lay down the rules...
since we are doing this next year, i assume that your going to need this time to modify your car
does my car have to be the same? cause i was planning on doing some mods anyway
is this a bracket style race? heads up? one race? or best of three....
any power adders or naturally aspirated?

doesnt matter Danny, he's never going to beat you, he would have to show up at the track and race first. I say a year just gives him time to make up an excuse to get out of it.

as long as either car isnt over 175hp, you should be able to do whatever you want to it.
Everything takes time

the problem i see is that i dont know for sure exactly how much power my motor makes, i estimate it at around 175 at the flywheel, but i wont be able to tell unless i decide to plunk down some cash for a dyno session )(aint gonna happen) maybe we should just do a balls to the walls heads up race....

it doesnt matter, the challenge has been made....

its in the club charter...

\" any DGLVK member challenged to a race must put up or shutup \"

this rule was of course initally written for James but it should apply to all.
