i got the schubecks today and damn,.... are they ever nice. i don't know if they are 560.00 usd nice, but... damn are they nice !!!!

the lifters are made of a composite material .I believe they are silicon nitride ( or carbide sorry can't fully remember) but this means is no more cam break in. also these lifters do not wear out. you can run any cam new or used,you can also re-use these lifters on any cam. they do not pattern. fire up and go !!!!! they are also lighter than stock ! the only problem is choking back the money to buy them !! now my wallet is flat , instead of my cam ! :lol:

But you'll never (theoretically) need to buy lifters again so in the long run you'll save...

OK so last lifters you'll need but what about the cam?
No cam wear? Some cam wear? Whats the word?

supposedly no cam wear ! these are the solution to flat cams. from what i hear anyway. ask tom h about em. he has a couple sets.i think kroc has a set as well . i'm sure they will chime in sometime !? B)

did you bush your mag case?
seams to be a issue,if you phone schubecks they will tell you its not needed,LN engineering says you should do it because jake raby says so.

actually jim ,i'm using the aluminum case. and i 'm looking at my invoice here, and it says in bold letters \"WE DO NOT WARRANTY FLAT LIFTERS THAT ARE RUN IN LIFTER BORES WITH BRONZE BUSHINGS \" so i won't get mine done.
