I vote IDA as well here's why:
They are the BIG BOYS when it comes to carbs and they sound awsome under load - nothing like th bark of an IDA.
Mine have some mods done, 3rd progression, enlarged float bowl etc... and I find them quite easy to drive on the street - Cindy even drives it.
As far as flow etc... I'm sure DRLA 48's are comparable, not sure about idf's though.
They are easy to work on - so easy even I can do it

And they are big and look cool - go big or go home!
