Here's a few shots of the engine tined up. There are still a few things to do like rebuild the 32 Zenith, rebuild the fuel pump, proper coil bracket,swap the 009 for a 010 or 019 with black cap and some other odds and ends.
This is a 68 block that I converted to dog house for a little better cooling, other than that it's pretty much the way the Manxpower engines looked.
Here's the powdercoated windsheild frame, looks close to the anodized finish but tends to scuff fairly easy.
The windsheild is just resting in place as I need to find a seal for the bottom.
In this pic you can see how short the lower windsheild seal between the frame and hood is. It has shrunk some but must have been cut at some point? It's short on both sides by roughly the same amount. I'd like to find a new seal or patch this one with another. Worst case i'll find something else to use.
