...from cal-look forum. taken at vegas bor. the ghia did a 8.67 and the camera car (fiat) did a 9.6 @ over 140mph.

Darren, Mirko and I were there for the run and the back up for the record. There were a couple of other turbos - one was a crazy blue street car that went through the traps at around 140 I think.

chop top oval window? owned by scott (cant remember last name). that car was featured in hotvws awhile ago. monster turbo. runs 9's @ 140+.

those unlimited street cars are pretty wild machines.

Pat took me for a ride last year (2005) on our way to Nicks fron RK Smith's house. We made a pass down a residential concrete street just behind RK's hard through three gears before we headed over. Pat and I are are about the same size (6'1\" and around 200-210 ) and that between the size of the car (tiny) - how low your ass is to the ground - and the CRAZY amount of horsepower .............it was the most fun I have ever had being a passenger !!!
