Okay another thread for fun
Whats your daily beater?
Okay mine

1985 bmw 325
Lowered on a \"Bilstein tuned suspension\"
Custom gun metal aluminum alloys(Thanks textar brake pads)
Beat to hell checked silver paint.
Dirtified badging
130,000? 230,000, 330,000? KM on it who knows...
Thrashed drivers seat swapped to the passengers seat....
Rattled can lower rocker's

my \"E-dirty\"
The day after I rescued it..

I'm jealous of the gas mileage
I'm getting 500 to a tank from a 2.7 liter inline six.

Mind you I beat the hell out of it and try and get the limited slip kicking in whenever possible.

After the company I worked for went tits-up last week with no notice and my fastback just gave up the ghost, my winter beater is a freakin' flat-black 1977 Datsun 510 - this is NOT the cool 510, it's a god-damn eyesore!  ]:(  As long as it gets me school...
Yeah I can't wait to pick it up on Saturday! WOOO HOOO! I'll post some pics of the hotrod later

So you have the rare optional self cleaning floorboards, a desireable feature, you are a lucky man rusty.

Daily ride is an og 71 deluxe bus but as soon as the salt flies it's a 84 dodge van with a hole in the muffler and a power packed slant six.

Depends. As I live on a remote Island not serviced by a car ferry I have to have 2 sets of vehicles, one on each side. Over here on the Rock I usually drive a beat up 84 TD Rabbit. On nice days it's a 68 T3 pan based tube frame buggy. When loads need to be moved it's a 1970 Chevrolet 9 foot stepside box 1 ton. On the \"other side\" it's an 83 Turbo Diesel Vanagon and a 67 Kombi.
