Octobugfest was cancelled last year, the good folks at Franklin's organized a replacement called \"Volkstag\"

i am really going to make an effort to make this show. i went last year with bruce tweddle in the mexi beetle and it was great. nice location, pretty big swap area, relatively large turnout of cars. it also happens to be the place that i met mark (the previous owner of my 64) so going down will be like a 1 year anniversary since the 64 found me

. also, this seems to be the last \"local\" show of the season so i want to get one more in before the rains hit.

so who else is planning on going and when are they thinking of leaving?
