i'm with you jim.
i love this site and contribute mostly to the lounge, cause i enjoy shootin the s#!t, but also appreciate the other sections in the forum where i can post q's about problems i have and read about what others are going through and learn from that.
the members of the dvkk are a wealth of knowledge so i try and ask them as much as i can about everything and know that i will get an honest and accurate answer to my questions. i've met a few of the others here and read every thread and can say that there are certainly alot of people here that know what they are talking about.
allthough i respect everyones opinion, and like to hear what people's take on things are, it can sometimes be information overload. there is, however, nothing like a heated debate about what is right and wrong, what is used and trashed, and getting people thinking.
myself, i have become more comfortable with one thing. asking questions. if there is something i dont know or that i am unsure of, i will ask. too many times i've not, and missed out or messed up. i've learned to push the ego aside (it's small and doesnt put up much of a fight) and not be so shy about asking questions.
there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers.
