Some of you you that my company is doing a big Job here in nanaimo. So Amanda and I came over this weekend to set up the House we rented. Figured it would be cheaper than hotels and the guys would be more comfortable. Well my wife scored a killer house. Only a year old 6 bedrooms and this view from the Patio

Amanda is now on a ferry back home while I stayed behind to finish setting up and meeting the clients tomorrow etc.
So my Brother inlaw who lives in Victoria came up and took me to the Bungy zone this morning....and I did the jump off the bridge 140 feet down to the river. I have always wanted to do this, however I have never been so scared of a stunt in my life...This one was the topper...
When you finally convince yourself (issues with my weight aswell) that these elastic bands will work... The sense of freedom as you free fall 140 feet.. amazing.... truly amazing....

Well I think it is time to got sit on the patio and enjoy a beer... just wish my wife was here to join me...
See you all in Victoria next weekend..

Wow Shane,
Quite the view you got going on up island. I hope the weather is nice saturday since I'm driving up towards Nanaimo/parksville.
If more power is better. Then too much is just enough.
Why do it once when you can do it thrice?

If you think you were scared, think about the guy who went after you!

Nope just a sleepy driver and I think a passenger heading to the ferry - I fingered him but no response...
