Hey bugbuzz, do you have an orange Super?
You get hinge pins from Airspeed.
Some hinge pins will come out with a flat ended punch and hammer. Obviously, it is a lot easier to do with the door off the car. I highly recommend you first measure the distance between the 2 hinges before you start hammering and you measure along the way. You don't want to find out you hammered one of the hinges 5 mm out of alignment trying to get the pin out.
If your car has a good paint job, the upper one can be tricky. I first take a large shop rag and tape it to the door below the hinge. Then I have a 4\" wide foot long sheet of steel that I tape on top of the rag. Now if your hammer goes awry, it won't dent or scratch the paint.
