Just a little update if anyones interested, Looks like we have at last sold our house and not far off the asking price which is cool, now we can put one of the final pieces of jigsaw together and move on with the plan, August was the date we were hoping for moving over there and that looks like a reality now just in time for the GCVWS :D .
Going to the other side of the world does have a element of stress added to it so on the way we are stopping off at my wifes brothers place in California and then doing the Disney thing with the kids which should be fun ;)  :D  :D .
My wife alex is extremly emotinal now as the time looms for us to say good bye to our friends and families, but I am reassuring her that Canada is such a beautiful place to visit that people would be crazy not to come and visit us for a vacation. Well thats all for now Volks, I'll keep you posted.

When you make it to Vancouver we will have to have a BBQ or some sort of welcome party. Keep us informed.

Be warned that you will see more of the friends than you think, as soon as one of them comes over and sees what a great place you live in the word will spread like wild fire....
You are definately doing the right thing, you couldnt drag me back kicking and screaming to the Uk, and i had a pretty good set up in London before i left. Some days i just laugh out loud when im driving about as it really is so beautiful in many more ways over here..... best of luck matey
