I agree with silas, but I would also find out *how* it was sent to you ... I would imagine the size of the components precludes coming with a courier company (UPS, FedEx, etc) but call them first thing Monday morning personally, its quite possible that something has occurred that has caused them to miss receiving your recent emails (hard drive failure, ISP down, etc) but at least if you call them they'll have to address your concerns at that immediate moment.
Just an FYI, I had a large shipment of parts sent ground from Wolfsburg West in CA via the post office (their air freight rate was horrid), took 4 days to get to Canada Customs then sat there for 3 months (!!!) - the only excuse CC could muster was that they were busy during the Christmas season, despite them having this package since Sept 29. My most recent shipment came from Colorado with UPS, and despite having to pay huge Customs clearance charges it still arrived in 5 business days. It doesn't excuse the lack of a response to a customer, but there may be extenuating circumstances for the shipping delay.
Good luck, hope it all works out for you ... and while I am no longer a starving student, $2000.00 is a lot for most of us to lose out on.
