i don't think you drop guys on their head in a staged task.atleast not on purpose

Notice how at the beginning the guy is swerving all over, but when it comes time for the cop to jump into the back of his ute, the bad guy is nice and steady.

who gets dropped on their head?

it's a perfectly executed barrel roll out of the truck (except his foot gets run over). :P  i agree with what bruce says. that and it looks like the streets are closed off because there a very few other cars and imho, the whole thing just looks fake.
