You will need to split the case and remove everything for it to be measured and machined if needed, so you may as well split the case and you can leave the flywheel on it and remove it later if need be, or maybe you can ask the guys at airspeed to help you with it, and then they can measure it up for you. I dont think they charge to much to remove a flywheel and they can arrange for all the machine work to be done on your case. I think the full machining of my case with case savers and all was around $400
