i think its about 10 ftlbs
dont go too much more tho, cause those studs REALLY like to break

For the plain steel one which bolts to the bottom of case I like about 7 ftlbs. Or basically turn on a short ratchet till the tendon below my wrist pops out.
Just basically \"Snug then a slight tug\"

Before install I would suggest a flat edge across the plain to make sure it's true - I hade to massage my Thinline a tad.

Mr Bentley says 5 ftlbs. Use loctite. Check once a year.

You don't have to worry aboot \"distorting the sump plate syndrome\" so I'd second the 10 in. lb.
