Anyone know any info on this years Baja 1000 in Mexico. I would like to find a map of the course, but have had no luck on line. Anyone know of any good off road race sites?

For those of us who can't afford a trip like that, here's the next best thing.

Rent or buy the dvd \"Dust to Glory\"... it's a kickass documentary on the Baja 1000.

Just found out the race course changed this year. It is now run Encinata back to Encinata which means I will be about 10hrs south, so unfortunately won't get to see it... DAMN, was pretty excited about that!

Oh well, just have to drown my disappointment in more cold Coronas and catch a few extra tasty waves...
