my battery's negetive ground cable gets corrosion build up at the end were it connects to the car (body)

i'v never seen that before in any car or my beetle  , just with this battery , and this battery that i have now is prolly the better one's that i'v had ,...

i'v cleaned it up before , but it just came back ,.. any reason why ?

A poor connection would be my guess. remove the strap and clean it up with some baking soda and water ,clean the mounting area as well grinde/sand the area that cable bolts to.if you can find a oversize star washer use it between the cable and the body.  If it still happens put a penny at the end of the cable near the bolt , this should cure it .
                                         hope this helps.......Bill
