Ouch
« on: November 07, 2005, 04:56:27 AM »
Went to work this morning, sharpened my knives as always and proceeded to cut the tendon in my index finger :o  lots of blood :o , trip to hospital, doc says cant see if you cut tendon or not requires more cutting, GULP,anyways 6 injections and lots of probing  later its confirmed  .
Doc says sewing my tendon back together will be easy but I'II need to put you in plaster for two to three weeks, right up to my elbow, no work , no driving no nothing, good job it's my left hand.
You will have to exscuse me if I answer every single post between now and my return to work, even if I dont know what I'm talking about, just to pass the time of day.

....uh.....don't mention this on any interviews for the 'Better Land' ;)

Just ignore Hulky-Pooh.

One way, I found to keep these guys/gals quiet, is to post some pics, especially if theres blood/bruising & swelling...

If you've got pics....I'll post them for ya...

Hope you have a good recovery...
