So if that car does not have a registered vin what's involved to bring it into Canada as a drag only car?

I would imagine seller would give you a bill of sale, and it would be the same thing as importing a parts car. I'm not positive though. Vehicle will not be plated or driven on public roads, so I guess a reg wouldn't be needed.
