looking for detailed instructions on installing one piece windows on my type three, and  does the rubber fit well?

Sure ! ,.......but we still don't know if he's talking door or sqaureback side windows.
Tom is right about the door though , rip all the type 3 guts out and start drilling and cutting to make type 1 stuff fit. And if you have a later type 3 with the reinforcing bar inside........have fun :wacko:
