well i finally got around to checking out some of the off-roading locations around kamloops, it ended up being about a 3 hour round trip and thankfully i didnt run into any problems with the turbo engine, heres some pics for all you city slickers

that sure brings back memories for me. 71 super beetle on the back/offroads of denman island.
be sure to tell your buddy that sandals and 4x4'ing dont mix.

we were out at batchelor heights in kamloops. theres alot of hill climbs and deserty trails and about 30 minutes north theres alot of brush and back country roads. the rail would probably be a blast if the weather was nice
