Ok, i've been working on the car long enough I think it's time I posted some pics of the car (or tried to...just hope this works). The car looked kinna sad and real ugly when I got it but I've been going pretty hard on it lately and it's really starting to come around. After completely tearing the car apart I sand blasted the whole underside...yes...I did it myself in the garage...never again! Chemical stripped the outer surfaces...and found some uglyness hidden under there. The drivers side Quarter had been hit real bad and was almost unrepairable. After what i'm guessing is some 15-20 work its now very nice! The front needed a clip (thanks Geoff).The rear apron was removed,blasted, welded and then welded back to the car.
As it sits after this weekend the whole car is primed and all the underside, inside luggage compartment and roof are is painted. There is a little body work to finish on the roof and a reprime then the shell is done and ready to finish paint. Still a long way to go but I'm hoping to have it all painted and back on the pan buy October.
