does anyone have the proper tap
for a 6mm heli coil?

to buy the kit is $40 and i am soo poor and my car is soo broken it isn't funny :unsure: i will be at the swap on sunday or i don't work friday so i can pick up and then return it on sunday,, thanks alot

We have lots of sizes at work i will check and see if we have that size.

thanks let me know when and where i can pick it up if you have the correct one, and would you know what size hole to drill ?or will the package of the coils tell me that?

Just made it home and unfortunately its a no go for that size, when you get a kit it will come with the drill, tap and coils.

unfortunately heli-coil kits are supplied with a heli coil thread tap only  (i believe so anyways)  you have to get one specific

yeah it is a specific style of tap but for the kit it costs about $40
after discount, but just the coils are cheaper

If you have not used it take it back and save your money I paid for mine and won't use all of them!
