Another way I motivate my self is put on my wife's high school prom dress, my double sole dayton's (dayton's are a sign of age if you don't know what they are ask your dad)that I bought in jr high , and a pink fluffy bunny ear hat ( like the one seen in the movie Gummo if you haven't seen that movie it's only for a twisted mind). Then go for a jog down south fraser way. If that don't motivate you to get you ass back in the garage nothing will.
