I could see real problems with having the swap at a BC Public Park, they don't take to car parts in their parking lots very kindley. Not to mention I can't see the general public being very impressed.
vdubn4x4chik: I would push the date of the bbq at Allouette into May if it were me planning it. It has been my experience planning the spring cruise 2 years in a row (which I'm not doing this year) people do not have their cars on the road until after Pullyaup. And even if you say everyone welcome to the aircooled community, everyone will not come in their daily drivers. Don't a lot of the watercooled guys have exams around that time anyway?
