Engine Disassembly

This is my first time taking my engine apart. So i go to split the case but before that i took off my oil pump cover and in my manual im following it says i need a special tool to get the plate off behind it. Does any have the part # for it or can i use a different style puller? Even though it doesnt look like there is anywhere for it to attach to behind it...
also is there any thing else i should look out for or pay close attention to?
thanks

just try rocking it out, thats what I did, came out very easy, I didn't use any special tools to dismantle my case.

if you don't want to buy the tool
remove two of the oil pump studs on the same side and when you start to split the case it will create a gap and you can just pull it out
