Anyone Viewed This Bus?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone had seen this bus in person.  I went to check it out and I think it is overpriced, but I want it anyway.  It is pretty rusty, rockers (inner and outer), doglegs going, and jack points are pretty much shot.  I want to do a rat bus for the summer and this would make a good candidate (and it's lowered already).  

So my question to any one who has seen it is...  What do you think it's worth?

Or is a fair asking price?

Too much man. I wouldn't. If you can, find one that is fairly solid to start. I got both of my busses for reasonable prices (less than that one). Just takes a little patience........Good luck

Well, it's not like you don't know what your doing. I remember the state of the bus your driving now was in when I sold it to you. But 3 grand does seem a little steep for that one.

Thanks for the vote of confidence matt.  I wanted to post some before and after pictures of my bus in the photo section but was unable to (I'll  look into it more later)

I keep comparing it to the one that I bought off you matt, and your (my) bus was a way better deal.

The guy who's selling it said he'd let it go for $2300, but I'm thinking more like $1200ish.  Should I even bother offering that?

and hey matt, what did you do with the blue and white '65 you had?  who owns that now??

I sold that a while back to a young Japanese kid that lived on the island. I have no idea what ever happened to it after that. I'd offer the guy whatever you think the bus is worth, but if he's stubborn, you may end up insulting him.
