Member numbers don't mean shit. Maybe ask what I was referring to before you open your mouth with calling bullshit and we wouldn't be arguing about something that isn't really that important.  Anyway I was talking about the radiant heaters mounted on the ceiling not the floor type. Obviously the floor type with water wouldn't do any harm. Anyway I am done with this subject. Say what you will.

I was working doing an install in Ocean Park one day and was working at this guys place he was building, his garage was designed to hold 10 cars, two climate controlled bays for preservation of his prize cars, a full genset (trailer size), all the power, the air, hydraulic lift, damn crazy, I want one!

This is a very practical design...
Only thing I would do is change the single doors to on Double

OH yeah and you need one of these

Mine is going to be an L shape.  26 x 40 with an extra 4 x 20 added to one side.   1120sqft  I can hardly wait to get going on it.  10' 4\" ceilings too.  Finally a place to leave my car and metal stuff out till I work on it the next time.

Back to garages
My buddy Andrew's dad is working on a place up in the British properties.

Get this:

the guy bought a lot, and then 4 lots around it...one ENTIRE lot is his house, and another whole lot is \"phase one\" of his garage.

22 garage doors, tennis courts above the one garage, 20' garage doors, etc... nothing inside is finished yet, but it will KICK BUTT!

Gavin, what do you plan to do to your new garage?

You would need the grow-op just to pay for something like that.
