Anyone looking to rent a garage? I may be renting out my garage for Apr 1st. Aprox size is 20 X 22 with a regular height door. Wired for both 120/ 220v. Bars on all windows and secured door. Has built in cabnets and 20' long bench. Located at 33rd/Fraser area in Van. Price likely around $250/mo

Yup, big blue is going up for rent. We felt our debt load wasn't quite high enough so we purchased a second place. New house has a double garage, which is where I'll finish building the car. New garage has new hardwood floors, so I think I'll add some stainless cabnets and built my dream garage.

So ya my garage where the car is now I am gonna rent out.
