Took The Bug Around The Block
« on: January 07, 2005, 03:12:16 PM »
So I've been bored today and been grounded to the radius of Ladner. The cold doesn't really slow me down to much so I dug out the bug and decided to see if it would want to start after a few months. Jumped into the drivers seat, re-hooked the battery, put in the key, pumped the gas twice and rrrr, rrrr, rrrr VROOOOOOOOOOOM!(Bark!) (Ansa exhaust. So I let it idle a bit and moved my moms car out of the way and let my turkis snowplow idle down the driveway.
Uninsured and no heat I yanked my toque down and  dumped the clutch and took 'er around the block. Well to say I thought this thing slid out on 134 R15's in the wet.. On the snow just saaaaay WEEEE!
Plus with the adjustable  beam its really easy to plow....
Cars going back inside to resume hibernation. It experienced the cold and said thats it(Damn cali car!)
Peace out brothers and sisters and see you in July...
