Appears to be a Torsen Gleason diff. I'm not sure what brand, but could be a Quaife. Price....more than most people want to pay, but money well spent IMO.
Last time I checked with a shop here, I was given a quote for around $1500 Canadian for a swingaxle one.

This is a Toyota Celica 4WD turbo rear diff, from the Carlos Sainz model.
....Torsen type limited slip differential.
