I hate auctions like these, they are so deceiving....you have to read every word.  Glad I do.

serves them right (the buyer that is). hopefully this should learn them. i hear to many twisted stories about people buying things off ebay and not getting what they were expecting because they didnt read or mis-interpretted the add.

and it does say DOCUMENT in big, bold letters.

it's tricky buying stuff over the internet sometimes, so you've got to be extra carefull.

I'm with Russ, totally misleading, even though at the bottom he says 'I do not want to mislead anyone'
he completely did, nowhere up top does it say document, it says it in the 'fine print'.

yes, but how many ebay items have NOS/EMPI/DDS/GENE BERG in the title and are no where close to being any of those things.

and the print at the bottom is not \"fine\". it's bold and blue. it even says \"READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.\" and \"feel free to email me with questions.\"

is it misleading? yes.

should you read the entire add and contact seller before bidding? yes.

do i feel sorry for the person that pays close to $200 for that \"document\"? no.

Regardless of the [size=8]Fine Print[/size] or the Large Print, Selling someone a Document to get an X-BOX for 19.85 is a scam any way you look at it...

It is too bad people like this exist.. should a person who did not read the entire page be taken? Absolutly NOT!

Why pay that much on e-bay when you can pick up a new one at Future-Shop for 199.95?
You should know what a new one is worth before you get caught up in bidding.

I guess peeps in Quebec have to pay more for their X-boxes, since the games have to be translated first before they can play them...
