Thought I'd see if I could help clean out someone's garage/storage space/closet/etc. I'm looking for a basic benchpress type weight bench. Since getting tagged by a 70 year old lady in a Lincoln way back in January I need to get some strength back in my arms and shoulders. So if you have one taking up space and want it gone for little or no money let me know. If you have weights to go with it that would be a bonus but not nessecary.

i got a basic universal set that is dismantled, works but could use a new steel line. You want it? Its yours, but you have to tell me by Friday as Saturday it goes to the dump.

I think you should start with cans of Veggies and work your way up to "real" weights :lol: :lol:
