why dont you uncross those fingers and start working on your project???
trust me, there is NO place i'd rather be than in my garage working on my car. however, now is not the time.
fyi, i've got 7 hours of school a day, 4-5 hours of homework a night, living off a student loan and a little bit of savings and my girlfriend is just out of school and starting her new career (and it's not exactly hauling in the dough), and my f@#kin garage got broken into and all my tools got stolen. so even if i had the time, i dont have the resources. those are just the facts.
now, i met jim through the airspeed forums a long time ago. we both live in the vancouver area and decided to start hanging out. this was close to the beginning of \"the woks\" rebuild. i have helped jim a little with his project and he has helped me with mine. thats what friends do, right?
and after seeing what that car has been through in the last 8 months, damn straight i'm going to pat my buddies back. and i will cross my fingers for a sunny day of cruising, because after spending all summer busting his balls to finish his car, jim deserves a good day to cruise. B)
