Heb Rod Update #3
« on: September 28, 2004, 12:49:22 PM »
These were from last weekend, Thanks to 76bus for giving me a hand.

The first shot is the eng comp. Here the front hood area is now being used in the rear, also the firewall is getting a trim.

next is the drivers door pillar, It was hit hard at some time and could not be pulled out.

New section instaled (this took a while!)

Next was the rear 1/4 that needed to be replaced, Once that was in I could start working on fabing a filler pannel for where the running board normaly fits.

Now on to the windsheild frame, That got a good 3\" section removed  :D

Next update will be the roof.......This is turning out to be a headache.

welcome to the world of custom,
anyone can reasemble it back to stock, but when you go custom there are no rules, you make them as you go.
good luck,i like seeing someone else tackle a major makeover,

That's kick ass G.  There's one of them there Heb's up here in our neck of the woods.  Been sitting for a couple years.  I believe it is the product of a company in the okanagon back in the late 80's -early 90's.  Can't for the life of me remember the company name though.  I could always get pics for you if youj like.

have you thought of going full time open roadster ?
the look could be very clean as well as save time and frustration on roof desighn?
