Wtb: Shelter For The Bug
« on: September 20, 2004, 11:34:20 PM »
k, this is why i hate renting.  <_<

i need some type of car cover/portable garage that can be set up in a single-car driveway that covers from above and on the sides. no longer have a carport for the buggy, and i have to keep the rain off this winter, otherwise i prolly won't be able to drive her at all next summer...

hoping to spend $100 or so, for something not too Trailer Park Boys. PM me if you've got ideas or something kicking around.
Sometimes I get the feeling the whole world is against me, but deep down I know that's not true. Some smaller countries are neutral.

Don't have anything readily availble. But those shelters that are like single car garages(the ones at Costco are great!) But make sure that its anchored down really well. Friend had one that he thought was anchored down well and a big windstorm came up and did a few dollars worth of damage to his Vintage Chris Craft boat...

(Crossing fingers that there will still be space in June..)
Reason being I've got to pull the beam in Bert again and in my garage I can't work in front of the car or in the back without either end hanging out..

Can you say? Dude you've got camber? On both ends of my car my car has camber issues. Back end I didn't end up doing and front end I need to be running on more then the inside of my tires... And I've got to finish up my interior and finally fix my charging issues... and get it ready to move to its new home all when I get back. Anyways enough rantage.
