OK the other day at Airspeed we had some discussions about space lack of it , Dirt Cave etc. I was then told in my journeys to keep an eye out.... OK here is what I have found....
2500 sq foot shop, 1/2 acre gravel fenced yard with interior and exterior alarms...
I am thinking 8 people inside the shop would let you have a 312.50 sq foot (10' x 31' ) section for WHY, or we could work out smaller sections for each and have certian working sections etc.
Then there is also outside storage, I would be paying most of the rent because outside I would be storing my work related items, However 1/2 acre is huge.
Cost you say?? well my friends cost would be $175 per month per person. plus electrical/heat, so about $185 each.
If you are interested let me know.... and if we get 8 people we can move ahead ... Nice tall shop btw.
