so this guy from the Vancouver Mini Cooper Club phones me up at work, and says that the club's organizing a rally race on Sunday. since their sponsors have been so generous this year, they've got some extra Mini Coopers to race and wanted to know if i would drive...

... umm, is the pope catholic? :lol:

he said as navigators are usually required for the rally, he'd find one for me, but if i've got a friend who's interested that's no problem too. so i've enlisted the services of lora for the day. the really funny thing was that the organizer told me that they've already registered the older ones out to others, so he hoped we were okay with driving a 2005 Mini Cooper... so, yeah. i won't be able to make the cruise on sunday, but i'm sure lor & i will be thinking of y'all as we cruise around kickin' Mini Cooper ass.  :rockon:

had a feeling you boys might be jealous. muahahaha...  :lol:

yeah, i have to bail on the cruise. i kinda felt bad at first, but then i realized i'd be staying warm and dry in the mini. but for a good two seconds, i was really wondering whether to go or not.  :blush:
