If the weather is agreeable, the North Vancouver Carbs and Coffee gets quite a good turn out. First event is coming up:

The RevScene Spring meet always has a large turn out, regardless of weather. This year it's on April 23rd, but no location or further information is available. It's primarily import and more modern vehicles, but does get a good selection of classic cars and exotic cars. I haven't heard if the other cars-and-coffee style events have announced dates yet. They would include the Porsche Langley cars and coffee, and the weissach cars and coffee.
Classic Car Adventures and RX Autoworks host the "Collector Car Appreciation Day" on July 9th in North Vancouver. We shut down 3rd ave for the morning.
The most consistent gatherings though, are the Carbs and Coffee events.
Sadly, the Thursday night marketplace meet was shut down last year by both Marketplace and the RCMP. They were definitely Vancouver's best and most diverse meets, especially early in the year when everyone was itching to get their cars out.
