Looking for vehicle inspector

Can anyone recommend a vehicle inspector in the lower mainland?  I'm in New West.  Hopefully a mobile guy would be nice.

Thx Ian-I went to Cdn. Tire-they refused because car is a 1967 and they have no data for it in their Mitchell service manual! I said they only needed to check roadworthiness, lights, etc. and any mechanic should be able to assess brake lining wear-they said 'no dice', mechanic refused to touch it! So I have an appt. for OK Tire  next week.  By the way- Cdn. tire failed me last year for a weeping seal on the the shifter shaft on tranny!  This Cdn. Tire was in Maillardville.

Went to OK Tire on 12th St. in New West. and they were great-Andrew understands old cars and is fair and reasonable.
