69-70 type 1's

FS 69 Type 1, body is in excellent shape minus the front clip, typ. rust under battery, garage kept for the last 35 years since it was bought in 1980. Bottom end should be good but heads/ pistons are smoked due to fan belt failure. Under 1,000 k on motor. Was a Baja project but suffered minor damage during a move and unfortunately the glass 1 piece front clip was heavily damaged.
70 type 1, daily driver up till 4 years ago.. Have new rocker w/heat tube for passenger side. Drivers side was replaced but poor fit,wide glass fenders, old school slotted mags,Vw pattern with fat T/A's mounted in good shape. Was running when parked.
Loads of spare parts , a 1900cc  motor build was under way, new polished alternator and stand,  engine tin,dual kadrons with single and dual port manifolds plus boxes of who knows what,
Hate to part with my babies but moving on to a jeep/TDI mash up. Would like to sell the works to a good home. Will post pics once I have everything sorted out and ready to show..
