SYMPTOMS
If you click a Web link to a .wmv file in Windows Media Player 7 for Mac, the file may download, but Windows Media Player may not automatically start as expected. Additionally, the file may be displayed as \"garbage\" in the Web browser.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the Windows MIME types have not been set correctly on the Web server in question.
RESOLUTION
The issue must be resolved by your content provider or Web-site administrator.
