I have room for vehicles in a fenced-in paved and gravel back lot at my house in Newton Surrey. I can accommodate cars in presentable condition or under a car cover.
$25/month for aircooled VWs. $30/month for other cars
May consider boats or trailers.
Advantage over commercial lots is you would have late night access. I often found that inconvenient when I used commercial storage.
Disadvantage is it is less secure.
