« on: November 26, 2014, 09:04:19 AM »
A local movie is looking for a beat up rusty bus for a movie, they would like to buy it and smash it up to look like its been in a tornado.
Can be a split or early bay

Ya that it is a true westy, tags and all..that's pretty solid. Just ugly.
Ya the price would have to be right... But I'm listening ;)

too bad there did not ask about this a lot sooner. There was a crusty rusty roached westy up in coombs that got scrapped (earlier in the year) which would have been perfect. Jerry, you remember that brown rotten westy?

This is a coincidence. I was back home last week and a movie company was looking for 60s-late 70s cars for yet another movie being shot {I'm in High River, "Caitlans Way" and now its' replacement.....forget the name of the new series, lotta movies shot here, Unforgiven, Gene Hackman and Dirty Harry cruisin town then some movie with that "Chandler guy from "friends, got a thumbs up from him seeing the ragtop, too funny }, but I was told they would be paying 400 bucks for its use for the week end. Not gonna let some "precious movie star" mess around in my car for that. Funny, I thought they paid way more but.....
Another movie coming in the spring and apparently that one is big budget and they are talking a lot more for that one as it has some "bigger" cash flow and they are going to need 18 cars for it. Some cruisin flick.
