German Supply - Beware!!
« on: September 08, 2014, 01:49:43 PM »
I ordered some stuff from them several month ago and still have not received the product. Also no response to multiple emails requesting an update.

Before ordering from them you may want to read the recent sellers feedback on the Samba. Their reputation has gone from pretty good to unreliable.

I've ordered from them multiple times, its usually pretty slow for them to ship out but I've always received what I ordered and always received an email reply when inquiring about an order. Sorry you're having a bad experience with them.

I had discussions with them before, and shot them an email. The reply seemed sincere...

hard to rationalize bad feedback to be honest. we've been in business almost 15 years and you can't please everyone asd for every person who complains there are hundreds who are very happy with our products and service. that said, at times we are slow delivering products, in most cases this pertains to the custom and semi-custom products we make. we're small and not always able to push production of custom products through as quickly as we'd like. we also lack a customer service department to handle incoming communication and this is an area where we could use some improvement. germansupply is basically myself and my wife, with one full-time assistant and there's a lot of cooking and bottle-washing that we have to do.
