West Coquitlam. Just up the hill from Ikea. It's not really that bad. The kids can walk to school, the neighbors are good, and pretty central in the lower mainland. But like Josh said I don't think it really matters where in the LM you live there will be someone who wants to steal your shit. I think I've just been a bit naïve the last 12 years thinking it won't happen to me. In the end it's just material stuff that can all be replaced. That being said I've bumped up security so those fuckers will hopefully leave me alone.

Someone with automotive contacts to sell it . Not a crackhead they couldn't even figure out a grinder . Check with KMS tool in your area . See if they had any breakin's or shoplifters . Ask the local gas station convince stores for any video that day . Revenge is great however you have family just not worth it .
