I was actually pondering about this the other day for my car. I'd like to run standard spindles (non drop) with an adjustable ball joint beam.

I know that Empi makes a shorter oil shock and I've personally run this shock on my old full width Linkpin beam.  It felt fine, however i'd love to run a Koni, Bilstein, or something of the sort.
