Parts hunting this weekend
« on: February 25, 2013, 08:47:59 AM »
Ill be out scrounging around some very cool air cooled wrecking yards and vw collections this weekend. I can't bring back large items but if I find what you need maybe they can ship it? Small parts are no prob, post up what your looking for and I'll keep an eye open.

I would be pretty happy to find these bits...

1. Westy optional pull handle+mount for the rear of the inner sliding door

2. And, I'm still looking for Baywindow slider door lock cylinder with attached parts to fit a '69... complete door handle is easier to grab I think. The key code with "L" in it, not "R".

Cool Geoff,

Preferably a 58 vin tag, model 231 (Kombi), but 56-59 would do.

Thanks!

I did find a low light somewhat  complete as well as some 55-56 seats.
If you need headlight parts I do have some at home
