Looked at this car yesterday. I feel like the asking price is kind of high. What would a reasonable price be for this car?

Well my 2 cents, Had to say from a few picts but, Lets just say the floors are great, there is no front apron damage and its clean and straight.

How does the paint look? from the picts nice driver clean decent paint, nice new interior(was it done properly? like all the corners are done well, and shortcuts are decent if any) noticed cracked seals, but they all do even the seals in the square i did two years ago all cracking so thats just the way the cookie crumbles.

Motor is fresh and clean? tires and brakes are great, I would say the auto is a slight drawback due to lack of parts being around. but if it works ur driving it!

Most type 3 decent cars sell around 5 grand area, but it all depends on the buyer. if u feel its too high why is that?

How bad is the bubble in the fender and if its a inch or more where else is starting and how old is the bodywork and paint? are there more about to come thru?

Do u have dry storage for this car? that will slow the process but if its a carport its just going to keep spreading.

U want a driver or a clean clean driver? u thinking repaint down the road? or not at all?

Cheers!

Thanks Steve,
I appreciate the input. I'm struggling with the priced mostly based on the year. It is nice and solid, no damage to frt. and rear aprons. Floors are good etc.

Thinking that if i bought it, painted, new seals, interior work (having a hard time with the white seats) you would invest close to $7000 and still have what amounts to a nice late model notch.

Tough call.
